- 4 tablespoons peanut butter powder
- 1 cup cool whip, light
Instructions
- Whisk peanut butter powder with 3 tablespoons of water.
- Fold peanut butter powder mixture into 1 cup cool whip light.
- Scoop, or pipe into muffin cups and freeze
- Optional: Drizzle sugar free chocolate syrup on top.
