THREE INGREDIENT MANGO MOUSE
- 1cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup condensed milk
- 1cup mango pulp (2-3 mangoes)
INSTRUCTIONS
n a bowl add whipping cream and mix it for 4-5 minutes until you have soft peaks
- Add condensed milk to it and mix with a hand mixer.
- Blend 2-3 large mangoes in a food processor until you have smooth and thick mango pulp.
- Add the pulp to the cream and mix well.
pour the mousse into the glasses .
- Refrigerate for a minimum of 5 hours or preferably overnight.
