Mary’s Kitchen Corner: 3 Ingredient Mango Mouse

This refreshing treat would taste so refreshing on these hot summer days!

I love grab and enjoy snacks from the fridge!

ENJOY!!

THREE INGREDIENT MANGO MOUSE

  • 1cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup condensed milk
  • 1cup mango pulp (2-3 mangoes)

INSTRUCTIONS

n a bowl add whipping cream and mix it for 4-5 minutes until you have soft peaks

  1. Add condensed milk to it and mix with a hand mixer.
  2. Blend 2-3 large mangoes in a food processor until you have smooth and thick mango pulp.
  3. Add the pulp to the cream and mix well.

pour the mousse into the glasses .

  1. Refrigerate for a minimum of 5 hours or preferably overnight.
