Rosemary Cauliflower Biscuits
- 4 cups Riced Cauliflower
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup Reduced Fat Cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary ; finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Scoop into 12 evenly sized biscuts/rolls (approx 2 tbsp each) on lightly greased foil baking sheet.
- Bake until golden brown, about 30 min.
- Serving size is 3 rolls.
