Glenda Blackwell’s (Asheville, NC) Husband loved to buy Powerball tickets. He asked her to buy him a couple while she was out running errands and she wanted to teach him a lesson that it was a waste of money and bought a scratch off ticket instead. That ticket that was meant to teach a lesson brought them $1 Million!!!
The plan may have backfired but I don’t think she’s too upset about that.
