The public is invited to attend the Fourth Annual Abenaki Heritage Gathering which will take place on Saturday, August 13th and Sunday, August 14th from 10am to 5pm. The event will be held at 1 Boy Scout Camp Road Eden, Vermont 05652, which is off of Route 100, just north of Johnson.
Throughout the weekend there will be singing, drumming, and dancing. The Negoseban (Nulhegan) Drum will be there, with additional drums to be announced. On Saturday, there will also be traditional games for adults and children. Visitors will be encouraged to try their hand at throwing the tomahawk.
