I got a ton of messages on our Facebook page for my Crock Pot Steak Chili Recipe! It’s so easy! I just kinda threw some yummy stuff together!
2 1/2 POUNDS OF STEW MEAT (preferably Chuck)
1 10 OZ. CAN BEEF BROTH
1 14.5 OZ CAN SPAGHETTI SAUCE
1 CAN ROTEL DICED TOMATOES WITH GREEN CHILIS
3 OZ. TOMATO PASTE
4 CLOVES SMASHED GARLIC
1 ONION (your choice: sweet or red)
1 PACKAGE DRY CHILI MIX AND 1 PACKAGE DRY RANCH DRESSING MIX
SEAR STEAK AND ADD TO CROCK POT
THEN COOK ONION UNTIL TRANSLUCENT IN STEAK DRIPPINGS
THE FOLLOWING ARE OPTIONAL: A DASH OF CINNAMON, 2 TBLSP HOT SAUCE, RED PEPPER FLAKES, 1 FRESH JALAPENO
IF YOU ARE GOING TO ADD BEANS, ADD ANOTHER 10.OZ CAN OF BEEF BROTH
COOK ON LOW FOR 8 HOURS OR HIGH FOR 4 IN YOUR CROCK POT
SERVE OVER RICE, OR USE CORN CHIPS FOR DIPPING. ADD CHEESE WHEN SERVING IF YOU LIKE!
