Peanut Butter Patties® Caramel Turtles

Ingredients:
- 6 Girl Scout Peanut Butter Patties® or Tagalongs® cookies (halved)
- 6 caramel candies, unwrapped
- 30 pecan halves (for the legs and head)
- 2 milk chocolate bars (broken into small pieces)
- Parchment paper
Instructions:
- Preheat & Prep: Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Assemble Base: Place the 12 chocolate bar pieces 2 inches apart on the baking sheet. Top each piece of chocolate with one unwrapped caramel candy.
- Bake: Bake for 5-7 minutes, just until the caramel starts to soften.
- Shape the Turtle: Remove from the oven. Immediately press one pecan half on one side for the head, and four pecan halves on the corners for the legs.
- Add Cookie & Set: Place one halved Peanut Butter Patty on top of each caramel/pecan cluster, pressing down gently to secure.
- Cool: Allow the turtles to sit until the caramel and chocolate have fully set.
