I made these Sunday for my family and a couple of friends from out of town, who were here to take in the sights of our beautiful state and ski!! They are quick, decadent and so delicious! Warm, hearty! I like mine with an egg on the “runny” side but you can make them how you like. Including substituting a meat or cheese that you are more fond of? Or making a sweet version with cream cheese and berries!
