The Mount Mansfield Union High School Academic Boosters will host its annual Take Out Lasagna Dinner on Wednesday, Oct. 28 from 3:30 to 6:30. This fundraiser is open to the whole community and is takeout only. Pick-up takes place at the front entrance of Mount Mansfield Union High School (211 Browns Trace, Jericho) , with servers bringing your dinner directly to your vehicle.
Each meal includes lasagna (meat, veggie, or gluten free), green salad, bread, and a delicious dessert. The cost is $18 per dinner. Orders are placed online; see the Academic Boosters page on MMU’s website for details. Final orders and payment must be received by Tuesday, October 20th, at 5pm.
Academic Boosters promotes, recognizes, and rewards the achievements of all students. The Boosters also sponsor MMU activities and events that encourage a positive focus on students and an appreciation of staff. Activities have included purchasing panini presses for the cafeteria, serving Ben and Jerry’s ice cream, sharing snacks and notes of encouragement to students, hosting honors recognition events, and hosting staff appreciation meals.
